Shipping

Order Handling Time: We strive to have 1 business day processing time. However, during peak periods, order processing may take up to 2 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay in handling your order.

Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time will vary depending on your location. Generally, our shipping carrier Royal Mail is 48hr delivery within the UK. For EU orders 7 days, and outside of these zones 12 – 24 days.

Working Days: Our shipping carrier operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day, ie Monday to Friday.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the weight and destination of your package. You can see the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

Delivery: Our shipping carrier will deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests, please include them in the “Notes” section during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

International Shipping: At this time, we offer tracked international shipping for parcels over 1kg. And untracked large letter to EU counties for everything below – like our sourdough pouches.

Returns

We accept all returns, except for perishable items. If you have purchased a non-perishable item from our store and are not completely satisfied with it, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
