Comply with EU food standards. Each basket is made by natural rattan and individually packed to insure dust free. With linen liner.
How to use –
Dust the proofing basket with flour.
Shape the bread dough, place it upside down in the lined banneton or proving basket for its final rise. A linen-lined banneton helps to keep the bread’s shape during proving and is thought to improve the bread’s crust.
Let dough rise whilst in the basket, then turn it out onto a pan to bake. Your loaf will sport a gorgeous pattern of floury rings circling the deep-golden crust.
